Welcome to My Portfolio
Hello, I’m a graduate computer science student from Finksburg, Maryland,
When I’m bored I like to play video games, eat, unicycle, volunteer, and code unnecessarily complex solutions to non-existent problems. Here's a fun fact: I am a professional unicyclist and recently performed on Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.
I started my computer science journey a while ago. I began programming on a Ti-84 calculator ambitiously trying to create a small game. I ended up just creating some simple math programs in Ti-Basic. I then joined some friends in creating an FLL (First Lego League) team, where we built & programmed Lego robots which qualified us for the state competition.
I continued my journey through Gamemaker scripting by developing small games. I quickly advanced to python where I continued developing small math programs and mini applications to hone my skills. I then interned at Johns Hopkins University Physics Lab in computer science. I enrolled in York College and completed my first year as a Forensic Chemistry major. During the first year, I spent most of my free time programming, so, I decided to switch to a computer science degree. I have now graduated one semester earlier than my original graduation date with a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
Now, I am working full-time at KioWare as a software engineer while attending Georgia Tech online to obtain my Master’s degree in Computing Systems.
